I have an open dispute and to resolve the issue I have to send the item back to the shipper. The only problem is that the return address that I have to ship it to is in China and the address is in Chinese! I can’t seem to get help from PayPal directly so I need y’all’s help. How do I read Chinese so I can ship this back??
