I have opened a dispute around the beginning of the month, tomorrow was supposed to be the resolution date however i have been asked for more information by PayPal and so i took around 14 photos of the item and wrote a short statement detailing what was shown and why it proves the item is fake . i then tried to submit this and it sends me back to the home screen and says i haven't given any information and i still need to i have tried around 6 times on my phone and desk top and if i don't add info by the 21st the seller who sold me fakes keeps my money! please help asap
