Does anyone knows how can I get a hold of someone at Paypal? The website directs you only potential answers to a problem.
Back in March I was searching for a movie and I signed up for a free trial for a software to download movies, long story short it didnt work so I canceled the subscription or I thought I did. I was surprised to see I was charged $99 on April 5th. I have contacted the company several times to request a refund since I have no need or use for their software and they have refuse to do so. I need to contact someone from paypal, I do not want to lose $99 for something I'm not using.
Please help me...
