Same thing happened to me but instead mine was 199.95GDP! PayPal are absolutely rubbish. I've emailed them - just google "email paypal" and you should click into a paypal page to do this. I've appealed the decision through there but not very promising. I've contacted my bank and they will place a dispute through there as well. I know someone in trust pilot who emailed the CEO of PayPal to tell them about this and hopefully ban payments to Shaw Academy.
I think what happens when you do a free trial is at that point forwards, they have all your "authorization". PayPal considers that initial point as your consent rather than anything else that happens onwards. So from that point on, they can charge you without further consent - like even if you haven't finished the free trial.. Which is messed up. I'm not using PayPal again after this.

Hey! Today i got email by paypal saying that i got refund by them (they reviewed scam case) and 50 euros will be transfered to my account. But my problem rn is that my card got canceled/blocked by bank so further payments by shaw company does not go through (i blocked it from paypal) and new card is in making (new pin, number...). Message i got: "We've issued a refund of 49,99 EUR to you. It may take up to 5 days for this refund to be reflected on your PayPal account or bank. If you paid using a credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your card. Depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement."
How is your status? @benno1231

I'm glad paypal refunded you. It's hard to get in touch with them, especially if they deny your first claim. I've just gone through the bank and they've done it all. Shaw Academy have the ability to appeal from their side during a period of 3 months, so I'm making sure I have all the evidence that I had a 4 week free trial which was fraudulently before the time period was over.
