He sent me a screenshot of the invoice with message saying "transaction 25% need a gift card loading code to create a reference number". I checked it on your website but I'm still confused. He then asked me to look for the nearest payment center to load a minimum of 1300 pesos. I'd appreciate your prompt response and guidance.
