Getting a Refund from eBay made with PayPal as a Guest

I made a purchase on eBay using a Coupon and my Debit card... as you might know, every Purchase made on eBay is handled by PayPal, and in these cases PayPal creates  a Guest account to handle the transaction.

The item never arrived and opened a Case, the Case was closed on my favor and the money was refunded... the thing is that I don't know where the money went because of that PP Guest Account. Already created a PP account with the email used for the eBay Account but nothing happened. 

What can I do?

It would go back to the card you used to fund the payment with.
