I can't get any help....I want to escalate my dispute but I leave a message and nothing is happening...all I want is for the seller to give me a refund for the product that i haven't gotten...that's it

Has it been more than 60 days, if not, your bank or credit card company can help you. I waited too long to ask mine. Good luck.
