Friends and family chargeback

I had someone who owed me money send it to me friends and family. I have emails from them where i told them three separate PayPal accounts to send the money to since it was a large sum. This person also signed a contract i emailed them as well as emailing me screen shots of the money sent confirmation pages. Now they have lied to their bank or credit card company and said it was an unauthorized transaction to generate a chargeback. I responded to the dispute with all the evidence and called PayPal as well. The rep told me that PayPal could see the person was logged into their home computer making these transactions and the rep escalated the dispute for me. What are my realistic chances of getting my money back?? I'm gonna have to end up going to court just to get my money aren't i?
