I made a transaction with someone through PayPal via eBay with a product I am selling. I received an email saying PayPal needs to be emailed a picture of proof that I have the product. This person sent an extra $400 so I can go on my local area and purchase a physical eBay card to put into their package (along with the product they purchased from me). This person is rushing me saying if I don’t do things IMMEDIATELY PayPal will charge us both. So I have two questions...1 I don’t think it is very smart for me to come out my pocket $400 to “get it right back” hoping this is not fraud and 2 is it true that PayPal will charge us both if I take too long?
