A client has filed a dispute when I delivered all the articles. The amount was $87.35 USD and he paid in an installment of $30.00 USD and $36.00 USD. He stills owe me some money but he has gone ahead to file a dispute after I requested the full amount. He has blocked me so I cannot reach him.

If the reason behind this Dispute is for an "Item not received" then you may be needing to supply any sort of evidence that will prove you already sent the articles. Please respond to a case via Resolution Center and check your email on a daily basis because that is where the communication is being sent.
