I paid 39 dollars to Chinese supplier. He sent a plastic headset value 12 dollars, not the phone I had ordered. Paypal decided that this was my fault. So I have been cheated out of my money, by the supplier and PayPal combined. How it can be my fault I do not know. I contacted the seller who replied in Chinese. So I contacted PayPal.

In the event of an item received but not as described dispute it is always one persons word against anothers.

Paypal has to make a judgement call and unfortunately they didn't find in your favour.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.

Except that I have the package which has the numbering that they claim fulfils the order. Which says headset not phone, So obviously I am not lying. Apologist for PayPal I don't need, why didn't you say they always favour the one they make the most money from.
