Recently there was a fraud on my paypal account. It was about 2 payments I did not do myself because there was possible a scammer / hacker on my personal paypal account. He did 2 payments for x amount of money, I opened paypal cases for this but paypal just closes these without a good answer / they say it was "unauthorized". They put my balance under zero and charge my bank account for the amount of the purchase. Luckely my bank has refunded me the money and blocked all incoming transactions from paypal. But the problem is I cant get in good contact with paypal about this / cant fix it. Any tips?
