Hi, I checked my bank statement to find that there was an unauthorised transaction that failed, but due to an attempted overdraw, I had to pay an overdraw fee twice. However, there's no history of a transaction on my Paypal. I think this means someone is using my card on their account. What should I do?

Contact your card issuer, request chargebacks on the fraudulent payments and cancel the card and get a new one.
