Hello we ordered a bike from Fiwellstore on July 19th and still have not received it now October 6th. The company responds to our emails questioning where the order is but still seems sketchy. We received a fed ex tracking number stating that the package is in California but when I called FedEx they said the label was created but the package has not been received by FedEx yet. Anyone else have issues like this or has anyone ever received their order from this company? Thanks
