Hello PayPal Community - How many of you have been ripped off by a company called Fitwellable?
I contacted PayPal within 24 hours and told them it was not legit.
They just closed my dispute showing me a UPS tracking number showing "something" was delivered.

PayPal should have a list of these companies to try to protect us.
Who else has had this happen - Class Action Lawsuit???

Ordered a engine hoist from Fitwellable.com and received an empty envelope. Notified Paypal for a refund and claim was denied. Paypal says vendor provided prof of delivery so I'm out $98.00 and Paypal will not reply to my dilemma. Will no longer use Paypal after being a member for 14 years and never making a claim.

I ordered a treadmill in May and I knew it was coming from China so I assumed between that and the covid-19 causing delays in the mail, that is why it was taking so long to get here. It said it would arrive in July. After the date passed I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered "inside mailbox" a few days ago. WOW how did a treadmill fit in a mailbox? I have an open claim and they've been waiting for the sender to respond (they have until tomorrow 7/22/20.) Reading these messages from others is making me now feel hopeless that I will get my $99 back. I did provide screen shots of what I ordered from the site and how it is being reported as a scam, so hopefully I'll luck out. How terrible that someone in China is doing this during a pandemic, they knew that it was a great time to scam because there is a major shipping time lag.
