I bought a brand new iPhone 6s from gadget-outlet with a 1 year warranty in November last year.
i contacted them to say the phone wasn’t holding its charge properly.
they asked for the imei number which I have now supplied and they have said that the company no longer offer a warranty! So to get it fixed at a shop!
i have contacted Paypal but because it’s over 180 days since the purchase they aren’t helping?
so where do I stand if it is still under warranty?
can anyone help?
thanks

If you have a valid written warranty then you have the option of a small claims court action against the seller / company?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
