I purchased an item. The seller posted it to my address in Spain . The item was refused by customs and returned to seller. The seller has sent ebay false proof that it has arrived at my address. Ebay has decided in their favour even though the tracking info states it was refused by customs. I have proof of this but cannot contact ebay because they won't recognise my Spanish phone number. How can I appeal and send them this info?
