I raised a dispute after being sent the wrong sized product (pet harness) and getting nowhere contacting the company directly. They've offered a full refund if I return it to them and given me a return address which is incomplete. When I look it up the company doesn't exist in that location. I've looked for the company registration at Companies House, but the address they have registered is just one of those forwarding address companies (https://www.hoxtonmix.com/virtual-office-forward/). If I send it back at my own expense, I'm potentially going to lose even more money, and Paypal won't let me double check the address. I'm really not sure what to do at this point as I'm running out of time. The company is Waggy Tails (https://waggytailsshop.com/) but the payment was made to ER ECOMMERCE LTD, which is run by two 23 year olds, and the company was only incorporated in August 2020.
