FRAUDULENT BUSINESS: Got Xpress SDN.BHD

As many have, I received items that were NOT as they were advertised. They were hideous, and I sought a refund to no avail. Has anyone successfully gotten their money returned- whether by PayPal or this false-advertising-shoddy-scam-company? If you did get a refund, how? I have filed multiple complaints and appeals and asked for resolution to my "closed" yet unresolved case. The online automated assistant is useless, so I do not know what to do next.

I did report the company to the Better Business Bureau, but it is clearly an overseas criminal operation. Anyone out there who can direct or guide me?

BTW- I keep getting alerts that I have earned "badges." I find this laughable when I just want a refund.
