Purchased item , 1 year warranty. Item failed after 1 month, tried to contact seller many times.- no reply - now Paypal has rejected my dispute. Just want a refund for a failed item. Cannot get any response from seller. What do I do now ?

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

They do not get involved in warranty or guarantee issues that would be between you and the merchant you purchased from.
