Eligible for a refund but the case unexpected closed before the stated date.

I was due for a refund but had to return my goods and provide a tracking number before the 19th of April. Then, I received an email on the 12th of April stating that my case and refund were closed because I hadn't supplied a tracking number - when I still had over week to do so.

 

I can't open another dispute on the transaction, because I just keep getting an error and if I email PayPal, I just get a copy of the FAQs sent to me.

 

I've returned my goods to the seller, but I'm unable to notify PalPal of my tracking info because the system is incorrectly seeing the case as closed.

Could anyone assist or advise how I can resolve this?
