I bought two dresses online. They looked nice and were 100% cotton. I do not wear any other type of fabric. This cost $80 including shipping.
They arrived and they are both 100% polyester. I tried communicating with the seller, who did not respond to my emails.'
I contacted PayPal and lodged a dispute.
PayPal is now saying that I will only get my refund once I pay to return the items (which costs more than $25!).
Paypal is no longer answering my messages and I cannot get through to a real person on the phone.
Legally I know I do not have to pay for shipping, but PayPal weren't responding and will close the case in 6 days!
SOS! HELP!
