Dear I have issue with Iherb order no 910974004 Paypal reference 6HD59985K48649400 placed on Dec 22 2020 with a value of 65.12$ which equal to 47.622 JOD, This order has been deducted twice from my credit card using PayPal , I cancelled order my credit card has been credit with one value, so still one debited value not solved I email IHERB many time and submitted needed document for them I received two email from them First one that they solved the problem and issued refund And when I follow them that refund is not yet received They send my another email that I need to follow my bank for the issue and there email says nothing will be done from thim No refund issues I follow my bank they tolled me they cannot do anything unless I herb refund to you I cannot report this issue in Resolution center because I cannot find the transaction
