Hi, I have a dispute and the seller agreed to refund my money, but I have to send the item back to China which will cost me at least $25 to ship back. Pay Pal has agreed to this but I do not want to waste my money and ship back. How do I avoid this. The seller agreed to refund my money except for $8.48 which would cover the shipping charges to me. I asked for the whole amount refunded of $39.97. They agreed but I have to ship the item back to China which is a waste of time and money
