Dispute and claim I am not able to upload information to case

I opened up a case and PayPal ask me to return the items back to the seller. PayPal have requested proof of return and I am trying to upload that to the case but I keep getting something went wrong message. It’s for £455 so it’s not pennies. I have tried ringing PayPal with no joy because they are closed and I have messaged using the message us section. I am concerned because I am trying to upload the information and I have only till the 29th before the case is automatically closed. I will lose a lot of money if the case is closed to no fault of my own please help and advise me what I should do
