Direct Debit to merchant showing on bank statement but not on paypal statement

Hi All.

Today I saw on a DD PayPal transaction on bank account for a sum of 500e but there is no record on my PayPal statement. 

I made several of these 500 sums with the merchant 2 weeks ago which are all matched on my bank statement and PayPal statement.

But today another one appeared and has taken the money from bank account yet there is no record on my Paypal.

Looking for help where do I go to solve this
