It seems that it’s impossible to get PayPal to help when you have been sold counterfeit items which bare little resemblance to the advert. Seller will refund but know that postage is prohibitive and they won’t pay that. How can I escalate this scam seller. PayPal must be partly culpable when they allow counterfeit items to be sold via their payment systems? I have now escalated to my credit card and will contact trading standards.
