CONTRADICTORY ? WHY DO WE LET COMPANIES DO THIS ?

They are the worst..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. It has been over 30 days, numerous emails and complaint filed with PayPal to get money back..NOTHING. I had the order number, copies of emails promising delivery and still NOTHING. My next move is BB regarding Day Proud AND PayPal.  Protection my **bleep**, they say contact seller, give them 2 more weeks..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! I am looking for an internet sight to blast all of them.

Caution - this company is not in the USA, their sizing is not true to USA sizes! After waiting weeks and weeks for the item to arrive, the size 2X I received would barely fit a small toy doll! DayProud.com flat refuses to exchange the garments for a correct size.  RUN AWAY!  Find a vendor in the USA!

I like Dailyliars, absolutely nothing is true about this product. It took 6 weeks to arrive and they are completely useless. They write: Our Bra  instantly lifts and provides ultimate breast support against sagging while keeping an upright posture & seamless look with anything you put on. HAHAHA it is not more than an average top. I am so disappointed, 60 dollars wasted.

I am also extremely dissatisfied with the company Dayproud. I could understand to a degree if I couldn’t get a refund. But to not even exchange for a different product is totally unacceptable. Wish I had seen these community posts prior to ordering bras. They do not fit properly and now was a waste of my money. They did take an enormous time to arrive partly due to the current pandemic. I should have researched better as I know things coming from China are hard to resolve.

I ordered a bra back in March and it’s now July, still don’t have it. I’ve emailed them several times and they keep telling its on transit to the next facility. Finally asked where the next facility was and they haven’t replied back. I will cancel with my credit card reporting Dayproud as a scam. Do not buy anything from them.

DayProud About $30 refund request Working in the medical field right now my shopping time is limited- just needed a bra that was easy to put on and go. Wrong size waited 6+ weeks to receive/ fighting for a month trying to return it tooo small / even asked for “store credit “ / now taking pictures of purchase to prove them Wrong - was their request. Wow try to stay on top of Ins authorizations for truly 😷 sick people right now- you’d think this petty stuff would be resolved/refunded. Very disappointed with this team/company.

Junk. They should be shamed of the price for the trash I received and the ending of time it took to receive. They do NOT offer refund only a 30% off coupons to buy more junk. These are the worst, unsupportive, yellow bras that do not fit and are supposed to be nude. I want tot report them the BBB. Fraud.

Dayproud should be ashamed of their return policy! When selling clothing online they must have a return policy in place for it. Do not buy from them. They just lost me as a customer
