My Daughters PayPal account has been hacked to the tune of $1000.00 dollars. Due to this hacking she cannot access her account to dispute or send anything to PayPal. Apparently the hacker(s) changed the phone associated with the account. Does anyone have a solution around this so that she can talk with a live person.
