Item purchased as mvp and green marked as "despatch in 24 hours" , paid 25$ extra for Express Delivery. 10 days later my item is still not despatched. Item worth 280$. Customer service ticket, no response. Phone number, no answer. Facebook messenger DX.com , no answer. Thread on dx.com forum, no answer. Paypal dispute started, message to the seller, no answer back. This is the 21-st century where DHL does a flight every week from everywhere to everywhere on this planet. Sincere thanks to Paypal for what they do. I will escalate in less than 20 days. Paypal should consider banning dx.com as they are literally taking the **bleep**. No I didn't paid to wait 14 years for my item. I will file a complaint to e-commerce superior protection bodies including to Paypal superior office. DX.com literally takes your money and good bye.
