Filed a DISPUTE CASE on January 23,2021

PAYPAL requested tracking info for an incorrect item that I was returning. Tracking info was submitted on February 5,2021 and I received a confirmation receipt email from PAYPAL on February 8,2021. On March 2,2021 I received an email from PAYPAL stating" your dispute case has been closed ,due to not receiving tracking info". I went to RESOLUTION CENTER to APPEAL the closed case, as instructed, BUT WHERE THE H**L IS THE APPEAL BUTTON??

Can't talk to a real person, either. Everything is robot driven. WHAT A JOKE!!
