Could you tell me how should I follow a complaint I recorded to Paypal

I have been also victim of the SHAW Academy scam. The 30- days FREE trial period, but when I saw the materials was £50! I canceled, and was called and offered them FOR FREE during the trial period. I was offered it by phone and also in WRITING, and I accepted the offer on these terms.

I clicked the "get your toolkit" from that same mail in which is clearly stated TO BE FREE. But they processed the payment ON MY BACK, without following the 2 steps- process payment or showing anything to me. I understand they justified to Paypal as part of the "subscription" although it is not, it is a PURCHASE. But anyway, I reported the case to Paypal, TWICE, and although i sent them the emails, explained it quite clearly the problem, in the first case they "changed" the cause for the case to "I haven't received my product" which it is not right, so they declined it because the seller had "delivered" the product. The second time, I explained these people were doing UNAUTHORISED charges without my knowledge, and asked them to check IP address of the PC where the transaction took place. I had been again declined, with ALMOST NO EXPLANATION AT ALL> Just that it was NOT UNAUTHORISED!

I am shocked, after been cancelled the subscription twice the subscription in November, I was told in DECEMBER 3rd that I had ONE active pre approved payment agreement with Shaw Academy.
I have recorded twice the FORMAL COMPLAINT to Paypal, but never got a reply or can see anything in my account profile. I have also requested them copy of messages to customer service, and got nothing.
So I am starting to think they are related companies??? I cannot understand your money is less secure here that if you have a bank account, as a fraudulent company can do charges to it until you get no BALANCE/CREDIT????

Pls I would appreciate help here, as I am not leaving it.
