Computer fraud

I had 104.86 charged to my account by HEALTHANDSTRENGTHLABS.

I never heard of them or purchased anything from them.

Paypal will only give me the state they are in and not what was supposedly purchased.

I have sent a message to the attorney general in NY and hope to get a favorable reply.

I don't understand how they can charge you for something you didn't buy and have no knowledge of.

PayPal charged me for a transfer to some account in Russia.   I dont know anyone there.  Still in dispute with PayPay.   Their fraud protection sucks
