I am very unhappy with the way Pay Pal "resolved" a dispute with one of my clients. Although I submitted proof via a contract signed by my client, Pay Pal decided wrongly in favor of the person making the complaint. I have been using Pay Pal for many years and deal in transactions ranging from 3,500 - 5,000 each. Pay Pal makes quite a bit of interst off of my credit card business. However, it does nothing to protect its members against unscrupulous people who demand money back after they have benefited from consulting services. I am looking for another credit card processor due to the unfairness of Pay Pal's decision. I will no longer advise my clients to process credit cards through Pay Pal. I am very disappointed with the way Pay Pal makes no effort to support their business owners.
