I paid for items from chinese companies and only received a partial order. For instance, I ordered a alloy drum and drumsticks, I only received the drumsticks, when I contacted the seller direct they offered me 10% of my money back and explained that i would have to return the drumsticks and the return postage would be more than the amount I spent. When I refused they offered 15% then I never heard back from them, and Pay Pal closed the case as ineligible for a refund. I also ordered a 148 piece art set and received a small package of 10 brushes, this company also required I send the item I did receive back and sent me a mailing label written in chinese, since there was no interpretation, the post office could not sent it for me. I then sent it back to the address it came from in California, only the have Pay Pal close the case and mark it as ineligible for a refund. How do I get my money back
