Depends where the item was sold and how much description there was on that 'auction/site'.
If you just paid an invoice that said 'phone' then you would probably lose, if it was a full description then you should win.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Please somebody help me!
I was sent back the phone with DPD, the seller is took the packet, after that the DPD system turns the packet status to "Shipping starting request"
The DPD said everything was ok, they send me a note, than the packet is delivered.
I was sent it to Paypal, but thay dismiss my disput, because the Tracking ID is not correct, and close the disput.
So i lost my money!
I was sent many messages in help center, but i get back only automatic messages.
I was sent mail to these address: spoof ; Service-int and service
But i don't have messages!
What can i do?
