A child mistakenly subscribed to an app Big Snake and iTunes charged twice 158.15 each time. The amount of $316.38 was not refunded by seller and even PayPal resolution centre did not help in getting it refunded. Pl advise, how can I get the money back.
Sadly if you allowed your paypal account to be accessed by a minor that would be your responsibility and not covered by paypal buyer protection unfortunately.
