I recently made a purchase on Ebay for 20.99 and Ebay cleared it as being paid. A few days later I checked my Paypal activity and Paypay reported the $20.99 paymant as unpaid and marked it as -$20.99. I then checked with my bank to confirm and the payment was not made. I then attempted to make the payment through Paypal using my bank account three times and the payment failed. Next I added my credit card then spoke with a representative over the phone to complete the payment of $20.99. The representative confirm the payment and said I will receive an email of the transaction yet I have not received any email of this transaction. I recently checked back on Paypal to see if the payment of -$20.99 was paid and it was. I then checked with my bank and my bank reports 2 payments of $20.99 from paypal for a total of $41.98 from paypal on the same day.
