I was charged 1k this morning and PayPal can't seem to respond to help resolve it. My bank told me I had to go through PayPal to get this resolved, but I'm just at a loss. I have a PayPal credit account and contacted the bank that manages it. They stated they can't charge me without my authorization, and didn't charge me this 1k. I also have no recent transactions on my account at all, but the bank shows 1k coming out this morning. Any ideas?
