After initially reporting what I thought was a fraudulent transaction, I find myself in an insane loop where PayPal considers the matter resolved and closed, yet I do not have the product and have been unable to reach the seller, confirming my earlier suspicions. In hindsight, I would be have been better off reporting this initially as an item not received. This transaction should be covered under PayPal's Purchase Protection program yet I'm unable to communicate with anyone. Is there an email or phone number available to resolve such a problem other than the Resolution Center which, in my case, is clearly not working. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
