Cannot see EBAY payments on paypal

Hi,

I cannot see my recent 2 ebay transactions on ebay on my paypal account. I have a dispute with a seller that requires me to open a dispute which obviously i cannot do if i cant find it on paypal.

Can anyone please help????

Hi @wquirke,

I'm sorry to hear that you don't see the transaction you're looking for on your PayPal account.  Is it possible that you checked out as a guest?  If so we may need a little more information from you.  You can reach customer support by Facebook or Twitter.
