Yes, early this morning 2 unauthorized (fraud) charges. Drained my PayPal account. Spent hours trying to fix this. Also PayPal system would not let me delete the bank account associated. And one of the charges was going to also withdraw funds from that bank account. All I accomplished so far is at least my bank put a block on PayPal charges. I want the money already drained out and don't know what to do. No excuse for this.
