Cancelled chargeback

Hi all. Had an ongoing transaction issue from April, long story. It ended with the buyer raising a chargeback which PayPal withdrew from my account. Following that the buyer and I reached a compromise which resulting in him cancelling the chargeback claim with his bank. This was done 2 months ago now, with written proof from his bank that it has been cancelled, but I’ve still not seen the money come back into my PayPal account. 

Tried having sensible conversations with customer services to no avail. They tell me it’s up to the buyers bank, but I’ve seen written confirmation they’ve done their bit. 

Running into a bit of a brick wall now.
