Hi,
I preordered a game from Best Buy last summer. After several delays, etc, I decided to cancel about a month ago (the game is still not out). I still have not received my refund. I waited four weeks to see if it took a bit to clear but still nothing. The purchase was totally funded with PayPal funds. The Best Buy site says "Awaiting Authorization" and their support chat was not helpful.
I saw a few other posts here about this but I didn't see any steps for resolution. I tried opening a case with PayPal Resolution Center but they immediately closed it since the initial purchase happened more than 180 days ago.
What can I do?
