Can not get paypal to respond to ke

I can not get paypal respond to a dispute that has been filed for about over 2 months. They keep giving the seller more time without notifying me and will not respond to me at all. What do I do?

Just wait it out is the only thing you can do to be honest.

Think customer services are inundated with claims from users that have bought tat from these China web sites or Facebook.

Also if its an international sale they are allowing extra time I think as post at the moment is a lot slower due to covid.
