Apparently you can’t even call them anymore they just tell you they can not assist you and robot hangs up phone. Awesome they deny my claim over false tracking information now I can’t even call them. What horrible customer service. It’s not my fault you let a fake company make a PayPal account. I shouldn’t have to suffer for your mistakes.
Not at all happy with PayPal customer service it's the worst I've ever seen and I have shown improve in messages that I got the wrong item they won't answer me I sent message yesterday at 8 no answer 9 last night no answer this morning still no answer I've tried calling this is getting all this is the worst I've ever seen PayPal I don't believe I'm going to be using them much more of this is how they're going to treat people 10 year old kid could see that I was sent the wrong item it's plain as day but they won't even they keep changing my resolve date I am fed up with him I don't believe I'm going to be using PayPal much longer
