Buyer states to credit card company that he did not authorize purchase? 

 

I sold 2 NBA tickets to a person who received them(have proof). 1 month later he reports to his credit card company the mentioned above. I sent paypal all my evidence (Emails between us, the actual paypal invoice, also confirmation from my NBA agent that my tickets were virtually sent the the EMAIL disputing the case. Paypal says today that I lost and my account was debited for reason: OTHER ?!?! plus an additional $20 chargeback fee? What is going on, someone please tell me this isn't true. Help me please
