Bellalike has scammed me so I wouldn't file a claim within 180 days

Is there anything I can do?  I bought item in September 2018.  It came from China so it took a while to arrive.  As soon as I received it in December I told them it was poor quality and I wanted to return it.  I send the return and it was received in January.  I still have no refund.  I missed the window to file a dispute because they keep leading me on saying "refunding soon."

As you said, sadly you are too late.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if they will help you although it may be too late for them as well.
