I've just purchased a product on ebay amounting to about USD22. Checking through my Credit Card bank statement showed DUPLICATE Debits of the transaction with TWO different Authorization no.s. However, my ebay/Paypal statement is showing only ONE Payment to the seller.
Bank queries showed that there were TWO Payments done to "PayPal Plug Player" and they are very sure about that. There is nowhere in the resolution about disputes between MY BANK and PAYPAL. It seems that my first payment went rightfully to the seller but the second payment is nowhere to be seen on PAYPAL Accounts! How to resolve that?
I start to be doubtful purchasing online now.
