I AM no longer going to use Paypal. I lodged a dispute as a very large bon bon jar arrived with a broken lid. It was difficult for me to return it as I am disabled and self isolating. But the main reason was the post office will not accept glass that is broken, for obvious reasons.
So caveat emptor with Facebook. A very harsh and unreasonable decision in my opinion. THey've lost a good customer of many years. What made it even more annoying was there was no-one at the other end of the phone at Ebay or Facebook to explain my situation. Very upsetting and disappointing too. Cherio to both terrible consumer unfriendly companies.
